Q. When will my order be shipped?
A.

Allow us up 5 full business days (Mon-Fri) . Not including the day you placed your order or holidays for a tracking number (sometimes might end up in spam folder). Restock or holiday weeks can take up to 14 business days due to the high volume of orders.

 

In the event you did not receive a tracking number within the time frame please contact missmechellescreations@gmail.com 

  

Q. I received my tracking number but I don't see any tracking updates on USPS.com...where is my package?

A.   Sometimes USPS will not update the tracking information until your package has reached your local post office.  This is very common for orders during the holidays.

Q. When will item XXXX be back in stock?
A. Sign up for our email newsletter,follow us on Instagram @missmechellecreations to be notified of restocks.  

Q. I see that item XXXX is sold out online, do you by chance have any available that hasn't been added to the site?
A. We don't hold on to inventory.  If the product page lists the product as being sold out, it's really sold out.

Q. I forgot to enter my coupon code during checkout, can you apply it for me?
A. We must be able to keep a record within your order of what code was utilized.  That record can only be applied when the discount code is entered during checkout and cannot be accurately captured on the back-end.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

Q. I don't like the fragrance of the item I purchased.  Can I return or exchange it?
A. Unfortunately we cannot refund/exchange a product because you don’t like the fragrance.  We do provide detailed fragrance descriptions, however, we understand that fragrance is subjective.  

                               Customs

 Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about customs clearance - customs laws make the importer (you) responsible for these fees

 

 

Refused Packages

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost, stolen or even damage caused by the carrier delivering the product.

Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped 

 

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons Miss Mechelles Creations's cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 Should any other problem arise with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will rectify the issue.  Please verify that you have entered the correct shipping address as we will not be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.  Should you decide to refuse the package shipping/ total order amount is non-refundable.  Once USPS has received your package for shipping, we are no longer responsible for the transportation of the package.  In the event that USPS misplaces your package you must contact USPS directly to file a claim herehttps://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm  or to obtain more information on the location of your package.

 

Miss Mechelle's creations ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address, subsidiaries, or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a refund or resend the package. Miss Mechelle's Creations does not take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered" by the postal service.

  

 

Cancellation Policy:

After placing your order, you'll have 24 hours from the time of placement to cancel. You must email missmechellescreations@gmail.com and receive confirmation in writing to obtain a refund.

 

 

                           Coupon Codes and Sales

 

Please apply coupon codes at the time of transaction. WE REGRET that we cannot offer refunds to make up price differences after an order has been placed. We cannot honor expired Coupon Codes or Sale prices.   The total order price is final.

Sales and coupon codes are for "While Stocks Last"  We do not offer rain checks. We do not substitute items in place of existing sale items.

Any and all promotions that Missmechellescreations.com run are for items currently in-stock at the time of a promotional period.  We are unable to offer discounted items, or substitutions for items that were out of stock during a sale period.

 

Coupon codes cannot be combined. Please refer to the individual disclaimers on each Coupon Code as individual conditions may apply. (For example some may require a minimum purchase, others may not).

 

 

 

Miss Mechelle's Creations Reserve the right to cancel an order. (In the rare circumstance this may occur, we will promptly issue a full refund and advise).
